Nemco Ltd. is a broad range contract electronics manufacturers, offering a service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
To assist in achieving this goal, a quality management system (QMS) based on the requirements of ISO9001: 2008 has been implemented. The QMS defines and documents all the business processes operating within Nemco.
The IPC-A-610 workmanship standard (in conjunction with the IPC-STD-001 assembly standard) is applied to manufacturing processes. In-house training of production operators to these standards, by our own IPC certified instructors, helps to ensure consistent quality in manufacture.
We encourage our prospective clients and existing partners to audit us on a regular basis as the exchange of ideas these generate is beneficial to the ongoing development and improvement of Nemco quality systems.
Our policy of continuous investment in manufacturing techniques has seen the introduction of new test, inspection and assembly equipment in recent months. |
