Dave Pearce -Managing Director

Dave is the owner and founder of Nemco. During his early career Dave was actively involved in Electronics Design and Development encompassing system design and project management. Prior to setting up Nemco Dave was Managing Director of a Systems house engaged in contract product design, plus the supply of turnkey ATE and production monitoring systems.
Dave is actively involved with both the Executive and Technical Management and customer facing contract evaluation and costing aspects of the business.                       On the outside Dave is a Classic Car enthusiast, driving, racing and maintaining his own vehicles.



Bob Parker - Operations Director  Bob has been with Nemco since its inception. A qualified Electronics Engineer and stamina that knows no bounds. Bob spends much of his time overseeing the key activities within Nemco and is often the first port of call for customers seeking technical assistance. If you are a customer of Nemco then it is likely that Bob’s number is on your speed dial.


Kevin Scott - Sales & Marketing  Kevin joined Nemco in 1992 having previously been involved with Electrical and Electronic equipment/component sales and purchasing in various industries. His career within Nemco has included the Managing of both Purchasing and Sales as well as being involved with the implementation of Manufacturing Software and the management of Nemco’s satellite site before its incorporation at Wedgwood Way.
Kevin is now totally responsible for all aspects of Sales and Marketing within Nemco and consequently spends a significant amount of his time visiting customers to preserve and enhance the business partnership.
He is also a keen Golfer and Music fan and frequently attends live concerts.


SteveTrice - Quality & Production Engineering Steve joined Nemco in 2005 as a Production Engineer. He has over 30 years experience working in the Electronics Manufacturing and Quality environment, beginning his career with a formal Apprenticeship at British Aerospace. Having spent the 11 or so years prior to Nemco working within Automotive Quality, Steve is more than qualified for his current position of Production Engineering and Quality Manager. Steve and the Engineers within his department are directly involved with the customers of Nemco at all stages of manufacturing to ensure as smooth a route as possible for their products through the production cycle.


Mike Cadwallen - Business Development Mike joined Nemco in 2006, having previously been the Managing Director of his own successful CEM and since the Managing Director of a smaller competitor to Nemco. Apprentice trained and a qualified Manufacturing Engineer Mike has occupied most key roles in the Production cycle latterly focusing on Sales and Production. Mike’s position within Nemco in addition to attracting new business is also Strategic and takes an overview of the business Identifying, where possible areas for improvement.
Hobbies and Interests include Music and Photography.


Karen Syvertsen - HR  Karen joined Nemco in 2003 being specifically tasked to set up the HR department. Karen describes herself as a qualified HR generalist, her previous experience having been gained in both the Retail and Manufacturing industries often in a unionised environment. The HR department in Nemco now employs two staff in addition to Karen and is responsible for the Personnel, Training and Health and Safety functions. Karen has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development throughout her career.


Paul Smith - Materials  Paul Joined Nemco in 2005 working in the Purchasing Department.  He is now responsible for all aspects of Materials Control and Purchasing within Nemco. Paul was Apprentice trained and has been involved in Procurement activities for some 35 years. Having held senior roles in Sub-contract Electronics companies for the past 23 years Paul is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
Outside of Nemco Paul enjoys Travel and is a frequent user of his local Gym.


Tom Gill - Production Tom has several years experience for his role as Production Manager both from Nemco and a similar position occupied at his previous company. A qualified Engineer and Manager, Tom has covered most disciplines within the manufacturing environment, including Supply Chain Logistics, Inventory Control, Procurement and Production Control. He has over 20 years experience in the Manufacturing environment 18 of which were specifically within the electronics industry.
