Customer Support
A Nemco customer support team is allocated to each of our selected partners. The benefits of this style of customer support is that contact is established at strategic points of the relationship. Apart from the normal purchasing / sales function interface, having contact with specific production engineers and manufacturing people fully versed in our clients products, means an altogether better response to customer needs. Regular visits and meetings both at our manufacturing site and our clients base, involving different members of the support team on each occasion means that a clear vision of the requirements of both companies is maintained. |
