Nemco's surface mount capabilities spread across 5 lines, each of which meets a specific manufacturing requirement.
Our main production area has three lines all with paste masking facilities and interchangeable software programmes. A dedicated prototype line capable of placing uBGA components will also prove tooling and programming prior to transferring production to the main lines. The main lines consist of fast chip shooters run in series with high speed placement machines utilising upward vision with matched reflow ovens to complete the SMT facility.
